Sorry, we are not doing any more in person appointments. Going forward we are based completely online.
Can I pick up my order instead of paying for shipping?
Since we no longer have a store front or set hours, we are no longer able to accommodate store pick ups. All orders must be shipped.
Can you service my sewing machine?
We are not able to continue doing any service or order parts for machines.
Can you hem/sew/custom embroidery/repair…?
We are no longer taking in any custom work or jobs. Please reach out to your. nearest dry cleaner for help.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of cut yardage, patterns, etc. we do not do any returns. All sales are final. However, we do want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive an item that is damaged, please reach out to us. All shipments are insured to cover shipping damages. Please give us the opportunity to make things right and make sure you are happy.
